We have successfully handled numerous construction disputes in litigation, mediation or arbitration. Our experience includes representing 1) the design team of an NFL stadium in a professional negligence and breach of contract action; 2) a major engineering firm in a professional negligence matter in connection with the design of a cogeneration power plant; 3) designers in disputes between owners, designers, and contractors involved in the construction of high-end custom homes; and 4) design professionals facing disciplinary action by the Board of Professional Licensure. We have extensive experience with design-bid-build and design-build projects, AIA contracts, plans and specifications and the construction process from project programming and schematic design through receipt of final certificate of occupancy, and post final-completion disputes.
Business Litigation
We represent clients in various forms of business disputes, including but not limited to contract disputes, breach of warranty actions, claims involving non-compete, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets and intellectual property matters, and actions involving unfair and deceptive acts and practices.
Probate and Fiduciary Litigation
Our fiduciary litigation experience includes resolving contested probate court matters, including will contests and disputes involving fiduciaries, as well as business disputes between shareholders, through settlement, mediation, trial, and appeal. We also represent clients in uncontested probate court matters and the probate of wills.

We have extensive experience advising clients on how to protect their trade secrets as well as representing clients in litigation matters concerning trade secrets and confidential business information, including matters involving former employees.
